Yes, the Black Diamond Factor boots can slide a rail. Eager to try out the jibability of the Factor, I ground off a large chunk of steel on a peice of 20’, 6” well casing and slided it! The rail weighs about 500lbs, so I didn’t do anything but drag it out into the yard and pile a ramp up to it and skate into it.

The Factors made it the whole 20’, and on the last run, I hit the ramp and did the amazing 180 and rode switch. So they ride switch too. If anyone is wonder if the Factors will make a good jib boot. They’ve passed the Freshman rail test.

Next up! Hopefully more snow, so I can ski some pow… Forecast is looking good for this. Until then, I’m working on the battleship rail and getting some taller feet done to increase the height on the the 6” casing mega rail. It’s gonna be sick. ;)
